HOW TO BOOK / CANCELLATION

Please book well in advance to avoid disappointment.. We require your full address, telephone number, email address, date of birth.
All new patients are required to pay a non-refundable £30 deposit (Except Prime Time Appointment, Deposit is £50, see below). Deposits are deductible if the patient decides to proceed with treatment on the day. If Patient decides not to proceed with treatment on the day or cancel the appointment / consultation anytime prior to initial treatment / consultation date, the deposit becomes non-refundable. All PRIME TIME Appointments are required to pay a deposit of £50, Pay HERE. (Any Appointments after 5pm week days & any weekends)
The deposit is deductible from the treatment fee on the day of the appointment but non-refundable if the patient doesn't show for the appointment or cancels the initial appointment / consultation anytime prior to the date of the appointment / consultation (see below, CANCELLATION). If the patient doesn't wish to proceed with the treatment during any PRIME TIME appointment / consultation or cancel any PRIME TIME appointment / consultation anytime before the appointment / consultation date, a charge of £50 will be made for the appointment / consultation . For all existing patients, cancellation is required 48 hours in advance of your treatment. If we do not contact us within 48 hours of your booking to cancel your appointment , a charge of £30 (£50 for Prime Time Appointments, see above) will be invoice to you. All Monday Appointments have to be cancelled with 72 hours notice due to weekend working hours. PAY LATE CANCELLATION FEE HERE
HEALTH ADVICE & CONSENT
At the start of treatment you will complete, sign a consent form and health questionnaire. You will not be able to have a treatment if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. We reserve the right to refuse treatment.
Treatments are only available age 18 and over.
We advise you to arrive 10 minutes ahead of time to allow you to complete your health questionnaire.
Gift vouchers are available for all our treatments. We can send them directly to you or or the recipient.
